Where to start.... For one thing Rodney and I never in our wildest dreams ever thought we would be going on a mission trip. In the past I always had a fear of flying, but one day I was talking to my mom and asked her when she was going to Korea. Out of nowhere I asked her if I could go with her. I think we were both shocked lol. ever since that day God has freed me from the fear I had and I am now extremely excited to go wherever God takes me. Our vision never went outside of the U.S. That is until we went to our first conference to White Horse in Indiana. Something at that conference during the mission offering changed us. Holy Spirit got a hold of me and showed me that there are others in different countries that has never heard the name Jesus. They hunger for something that our country takes for granted. We want to help others spread the news of Jesus and how much He loves us and what He did for us so we could live. We owe HIM everything! We are not great speakers, we are not ministers, we just love Jesus so much that we want to go do what He wants us to do. He has opened this door for us and we are running through it.
God brought me to this scripture during this blog: Matthew 9:37-38 Then He said to His disciples,"The harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest." God has a great harvest in this world. We feel Blessed and privileged that God has chosen us to help labor in His harvest.
Matthew 24:14 And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come.
